Response times
Refund requests will be evaluated within 24 hours of receipt. Our Customer Service team will review the reasons provided and the specific circumstances of your case. We will notify you of the outcome promptly.
Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving the email confirmation of payment for our consulting services. After this period, refunds will not be approved, except in exceptional cases, which will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the company.
Eligibility
1. Full Refund Eligibility
Customers who have not yet received their consulting session or guidance materials are eligible for a full refund upon request.
2. Partial Refund Eligibility
Customers who have partially utilized our services (e.g., had a consultation but did not receive follow-up materials) may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Fees related to any third-party services or payment processing costs are non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Services
If the consultation session has been completed and all agreed deliverables have been provided, the service fee is non-refundable.
Any additional services or optional fees (such as expedited consultations or supplementary resources) are not eligible for reimbursement.
Refund Process
•Approved refunds will be issued within 24 hours using the same payment method used to complete the transaction.
•Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
•Depending on the customer’s payment institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in their account.
Important Notes
Refund requests based on dissatisfaction must provide a clear explanation of why the service did not meet expectations. Refunds will not be granted for errors made by the customer (e.g., incorrect information provided during the consultation).
